This project is the first differential fiber project introduced by Fujian Province. It will adopt advanced European production equipment and use imported pulp as raw material to produce differentiated regenerated cellulose fibers. The demand for differentiated fiber is high at home and abroad, but due to its relatively high production technology requirements, only domestic companies including Satellid (Jiangxi) Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd. can produce at present.
The start of construction of the project will drive the extension of the entire industry chain. Now there are already some related supporting manufacturers who come to negotiate. It is reported that Taiwan Qiao Xu has decided to settle in Putian, supporting the service of differentiated fiber projects.
Fujian Satellid differentiated fiber project started construction
On September 3, the start ceremony of the Satellid (Fujian) Differential Fiber Project was held in Dongwu Industrial Park on the northern bank of Putian, Fujian. The project is invested by Satellid (Fujian) Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Singapore Golden Eagle International Group, with a total investment of 450 million U.S. dollars and a project scale of producing 200,000 tons of differentiated fiber annually.
