5.Packing & Delivery
We adopt international standard packaging. There is a carton, outside with wooden case. Packing after fumigation, prevent the bugs. A box inside a machine, the ice machine and ice storage library packaged separately.For 20Tons/day stainless steel ice cubes block ice machine,we usually use 20''container.

6.FAQ
1.How can we place order? 
After we made agreement on the product' surface finish and price, we will make proforma invoice for your confirmation.when we got your advance payment (deposit) we will start production.

If you have your own ship forwarder, we will use your ship forwarder to delivery goods. if you don't have ship forwarder, then when the goods arrived at Destination port, you must find a ship forwarder help you clear the custom.

7).To produce large amount of ice: yield reached 90% - 95% in summer, when the environment temperature is lower than 23 degrees, yield reached 100% 130%

4.Warranty Terms:
18 months full package guarantee since the B/L date, main components guarantee for 3 years: compressor, condenser, and evaporator.
During guarantee period, the Seller should provide spare parts to Buyers without any charge in case of quality & design defect. If the malfunctions are caused by incorrect operations of the Buyer, the Seller will provide the Buyer spare parts at cost price. Buyer should be responsible for relevant shipping fees, insurance and import tax in any case.
