PTCM's investigation and reflection on the development of pump industry

Pump industry is an important branch of equipment manufacturing industry. The development of the pump industry is closely related to the development of the real estate, construction, industry, and project engineering industries. In recent years, the favorable investment environment and the continuous deepening of national infrastructure construction have made the development of China's water pump industry promising, but it has also prevented the existence of some problems. In view of the current development status of the pump industry, the author interviewed the relevant researchers of Shanghai Pat Pump Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and simply recorded the development trend and situation of the domestic pump industry.

With the increasingly fierce competition in product sales, Pat's pump industry believes that the survival of the market and the fittest warn us that the industry must be optimized and technology must be innovated. The market is like a filter, and competition is a catalyst for accelerating the elimination of certain enterprises. For more companies, it is an opportunity to enhance the quality of enterprises and increase their visibility. Competitiveness is the basis for the survival of enterprises.

Although China's pump industry has policies and rigid demand support, and external export support, it has to be denied that problems such as high industrial density, disorderly competition, and lack of talents are filled with most of the pump manufacturers.

China's understanding of the mechanical infrastructure and supporting electrical and mechanical equipment is relatively late, and once it has been lack of input for a long time, the entire industry has a poor foundation, a weak foundation, and weak strength. In particular, with the increase in the level of host computers in China, the phenomenon of mechanical support lagging behind the host is increasingly present. In recent years, although the state has given certain support in terms of technological transformation and introduction, there are still many gaps between the current market demand and foreign similar markets. For example, the product variety is small, the level is low, the technical content is not high, the quality is unstable, the early failure rate is high, and the data reliability is poor. It cannot meet the increasing demands of users, especially the research and development gap of high-end water pumps, resulting in high-end water pumps. Sources of consumption basically come from foreign imports.
