In order to improve the reliability of the system, a decentralized control mode is used. The system consists of an industrial control computer and sub-control terminals. Each sub-control terminal is an intelligent unit designed with an industrial-grade microprocessor. It communicates with the main control microcomputer through rs485 and accepts the master control. Microcomputer instructions, master computer responsible for secondary data acquisition, data processing, control commands issued and print statements. If the system needs to be expanded and added to the warehouse in the future, it is only necessary to add sub-control terminals and sensors.

The decentralized control mode takes full account of fault tolerance and redundant design. The failure of some sensors and controllers does not affect the normal operation of the system.
