However, for a long time, due to the serious shortage of investment in scientific equipment research and development in China, high-tech and high value-added products such as precision instruments still rely on imports, and some key areas of scientific and technological research and development are restricted by others. In order to implement the spirit of the "Planning Outline," last year, the Department of Conditional Finance of the Ministry of Science and Technology organized its efforts to organize the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan for Research and Development of Scientific Instruments and Equipment". During the middle and long-term scientific and technological development planning strategy research, the Condition Finance Department of the Ministry of Science and Technology fully requested the planning strategy to study the opinions of the 18 special groups on the demand for scientific instruments and equipment.
