· Chrysler recalled 33,600 cars in China

On July 14, Chrysler (China) announced that it has filed a recall plan with the AQSIQ. From July 20th, it will recall the import of Grand Cherokee cars from 2011 to 2013 and the import of 2010-2014. Long Auto and imported free-passenger cars from 2012 to 2013 have a total of 33,679 vehicles in the Chinese market. Chrysler (China) said it will upgrade the system software or necessary parts replacement for vehicles within the scope of the recall to eliminate hidden dangers.
Among the recalled models, the Grand Cherokee's production date is from January 5, 2010 to September 8, 2013, involving 21,547 vehicles in mainland China. Since the hydraulic force flowing through the traction control valve in the anti-lock brake system (ABS) does not meet the requirements during the operation of the brake warning system, the brake pedal resistance of the vehicle becomes large, which poses a safety hazard; The secondary model is not fully plated due to insufficient plating on the outer wrinkle of the vacuum booster pump. The external moisture may enter the vacuum booster through its corroded part. The moisture icing in the booster pump in cold conditions will limit the vehicle. Braking performance, there are safety hazards.
The production date of the free passenger car is from October 24, 2012 to February 12, 2014, involving 8,482 vehicles in mainland China. Mainly due to the dual halogen headlight function, the near-high beam of the vehicle may be activated at the same time in the high beam mode, resulting in current overload at the headlight plug, causing thermal damage to the headlamp and its plug harness. .
In addition, the production date of the Grand Rapid Car is from August 25, 2010 to October 31, 2013, involving 3,650 vehicles in mainland China. Mainly when the liquid beverage or rain and snow flows into the ventilating window switch on the driver's side, it may cause the ventilating window switch circuit board to be heated, which may cause the switch to burn in extreme cases.

Globe Valves are named for their spherical body shape with the two halves of the body being separated by an internal baffle. Globe valves may be used for either isolation or throttling service, by installing the apporpriate disc: flat-seat disc for moderate throttling, cage for more severe throttling, and parabolic plug for linear flow control.

Globe valves are also classified by the body: regular staight pattern, Y pattern and angle pattern. Their various configuration allow them to be installed in a variety of piping configurations.

Globe valves are also supplied with three basic type of body-bonnet closures: bolted bonnet, welded bonnet and pressure seal bonnet. Bolted bonnet, the seal depends on the body-bonnet bolt preload to maintain sufficient compressive force, bolted bonnet is widely used for valves on various pressure ratings and sizes. Welded bonnet is mainly applied for small-size forged steel gate valves, suitable for applications requiring zero leakage on body-bonnet joint when carrying hazardous system fluids. Pressure seal bonnet is adopted for valves for high pressure service, typically in excess of 15 MPa (2250 psi). The body-bonnet joint seals improves as the internal pressure in the valve increases, compared to other constructions where the increase in internal pressure tends to create leaks in the body-bonnet joint.

Globe valves are supplied with flanged ends, butt weld ends, socket weld ends and screwed ends, and are constructed with various materials of cast carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steels, and forged steels.

Various combinations of seating and stem materials are available to meet specific customer requirements.

The Cross-section of a Typical Cast Steel Globe Valve:

      1) Impactor handwheel provides higher torque through strking, and meet tighter shutoff for globe valve. This type of handwheel is supplied upon request.

2) Austenitic ductile iron stem nut provides resistance to wear and heat.

      3) Revolving rising stem with precision trapezoidal threads for long-lasting service.

4) Two piece self-aligning gland bushing and gland flange prevent stem damage.

      5) Spacer rings and double packing sets available upon request.

6) Machined Backseat designed to relieve back pressure on the stem packing when fully seated. Replacing stem packing under pressure is not recommended.

7) Conical Disc guided to assure alignment between disc and valve body. This design provides tigher shutoff with less closing torque, while spherical and flat seat surfaces are also available

8) Angle.and oblique Y type bodies are available.
