China's anti-dumping experts from developing countries have frequently been reminded that chemical products cannot be "should" not "shall"

With the increasing share of China's chemical export products in the international market, not only Europe and the United States and other developed countries have made frequent attacks on my export products, but some developing countries have also increasingly raised anti-dumping incidents against Chinese products, such as Brazil’s against China. Toys, vulcanized rubber from Turkey to China, and rubber additives from India to China. Experts pointed out that the Chinese enterprises’ response rate to anti-dumping cases initiated by some developing countries is very low. We cannot treat lightly the anti-dumping cases from developing countries because of the small trade volume.

In recent years, India’s anti-dumping actions against China have been increasing. From 2005 to 2006, India conducted anti-dumping investigations on penicillin drugs and rubber chemicals in China. As of now, the vast majority of anti-dumping measures in Brazil are directed against Chinese products, involving more than 20 kinds of toys, glasses, and herbicides. The import duties imposed are between 30% and 80%, and some even exceed 100%. . However, most Chinese companies do not respond.

According to the statistics of the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China, from 1979 to the end of 2005, there were a total of 663 cases of global suing China for dumping abroad, of which 329 were developed countries, accounting for 49.62% of the total, and 299 were developing countries, accounting for 47.1%. Among the top 15 countries and international organizations that have filed the most anti-dumping prosecutions against China, many are developing countries, for example, India has 89 occurrences, ranking third; Argentina 45, ranking fourth; Turkey and South Africa 36 each. 35 from Mexico; 21 from Brazil. Zhou Shijun, executive director of the China World Trade Organization Research Association, pointed out that under such circumstances, Chinese companies should change their minds immediately, and should be vigilant when exporting to developing countries, and change their habit of opening foreign markets at low prices. In addition, Chinese companies must also respond actively to improve their ability to fight.
