There are three application conditions for the long-term protection pilot pump station. First of all, it must be the newly-built or remodeled appearance in the past two years that is novel and beautiful, with a certain degree of modernization of water conservancy; secondly, the buildings, electrical and mechanical equipment must be intact, the area of ​​coverage is clear, and there are supporting management houses; again, there must be someone On duty, convenient transportation, easy to visit and study. After the management of the pumping station is upgraded, it will serve as a bright spot and typical model of rural water conservancy management, and will play a role in guiding the management of small-scale pumping stations in rural areas.

For the long-term effective maintenance and protection pilot pump stations that have been assessed and reviewed on the spot, the city finance will provide certain subsidies in the aspects of office equipment purchase, surrounding environmental improvement, internal finishing and other pump station management and daily maintenance, etc. Station 3-5 million. The financial subsidy can only be used to upgrade the image of the pump station and the management of expenditures. It must not be used for other purposes. The purchase of office equipment, the replacement of anti-theft doors and windows, etc. will be allotted in real-time by uniform government procurement.
