Fluorite is mainly dense, partially granulated, and closely symbiotic with quartz. The particle size is extremely uneven. The fineness is only 0.01~0.02mm, embedded in quartz vein, generally 0.05~0.6mm, large reachable number. From millimeters to tens of millimeters. The gangue minerals are mainly quartz, which are in the form of metasomatism and filling. The former is divided into cryptocrystalline according to the different granularity of the granules. The particle size is less than 0.005mm, and the granules are mostly in the form of cryptocrystalline particles, and the content is about 50%. The multi-element analysis of ore is shown in Table 1. (2) Process flow: The whole mine consists of more than ten mines in three mining areas (Yangjia, Zhouling, Huajie) (Yangjia, Jiangmadong, Chen Dakeng, Linglong, Huajie, Zhouling, Xulin, Wu Tail dragon, cold water pit, etc.). The quality of each hand-selected grade of fluorite concentrate was determined according to the specific requirements of the users at that time. The CaF2 content is generally required to be above 80%. The hand selection process is shown in Figure 1. Since it was completed and put into production in 1971, it has undergone many transformations. In 1986, the ore dressing was three production series. The general characteristics of the process are stage grinding and stage. The selection, but the three series have their own characteristics. The first and second series are after the grinding of the original ore. After coarse grinding, the concentrate is re-grinded, and after six selections, the selected mines are returned to the previous operation in sequence. The sorting process is shown in Figure 2. The crushing and sieving equipment is shared with the three series. The three series selection process is basically the same as the first and second series, but it is more flexible than the first and second series. The refinement of the selected mine can be returned in sequence and re-selected. It can also be returned and re-selected. The mine circuit can be carried out as needed. At the same time, the neutral or weak acid pulp flotation was adopted and the new agent H1101 was adopted; the automatic control was realized in a section of the grinding circuit, and the selection process is shown in Fig. 3.
