On the basis of daily inspection items before the shift, drivers of the sprinkler must observe obstacles, objects, and personnel before, after, and on the left and right sides of the equipment. After confirming safety, they can start the engine (starting the engine before singing a long horn and starting walking Before the two short horns, three horns will be heard when reversing. 2. When checking the engine oil of a cold engine, its oil level must be in the middle of the oil dipstick, and must not be lower than the lower line. Check the engine coolant, the liquid level can not be less than 50mm below the water inlet. When the hot car checks the liquid level of the coolant, the tank pressure must be released to prevent steam from hurting people. Check the fuel level of the fuel tank, check the dust indicator, check the monitoring system, water and sediment of the water separator discharging the fuel tank. 3. Before starting the engine, all the operating handles must be placed in the neutral position, and check whether the instrument is in good condition and whether the battery voltage is normal. 4. Place parking brake lever in “ON†position; 5. Place the shift selector switch to "N" (mid-range); 6. When the engine used by the sprinkler is started in the winter season, except in accordance with this regulation, it shall be started by referring to the relevant procedures of the equipment operation manual. In winter, cold starters should obey the command of engineering technicians, and the driver has no right to cold start the engine without permission. 2, in addition to taking auxiliary warm-up method, you must use the start warm-up device for preheating 1 ~ 3min. 3, to promote the auxiliary (ether) button, every 2s to give an additional starter solution (ether) (without the permission of the technician can not use ether start), in less than -18 °C must first perform auxiliary warm-up, and then the switch Push the warm-up start switch inward to warm up until it starts. 4. Avoid excessive use of ether in winter, otherwise it will damage the parts or cause explosion due to excessive pressure. 5. After the engine is started, it should be idling for 5 minutes in winter, and it should be accelerated after 3 minutes in summer, but the idle time should not be too long. After the engine is started, it should be warmed up to 40°C or above before it can start. After the car starts, it should be driven at a low speed initially to warm up the transmission and rear axle transmission system. When the engine coolant temperature rises to the normal value (80--90 °C ), normal full-load operation can be performed. The car can only be operated when the air pressure reaches 125 psi (1034 kPa); the pressure alarm will sound when the air pressure is below 90 psi (620 kilobars); 5) The low oil pressure warning light will glow until the oil pressure rises within the normal operating range. 6) Let the engine idle at least 5 minutes, but the idle time should not be too long.  Article 5 Check Before Starting the Sprinkler 1, check the air pressure gauge. Do not operate the car until the air pressure does not reach the minimum pressure of 125 psi (861 kBar); 2, check the steering operation, if the dynamic steering is in normal work, just a small amount of effort can turn the steering wheel; 3, check the head class, tail lights, parking lights, reversing lights, dashboard lights, air horns and wipers are working properly; 4. Check whether the operation of parking brake and emergency brake system is absolutely safe. 5, check the transmission oil pressure; 6. After the oil reaches the operating temperature, check whether the oil level of the transmission oil is at its position. 7. Check the ammeter to see if the charging flow is proper; 8. Check the alarm indicator, the flashing and air pressure alarm buzzer beep before the start of the sprinkler; 9, drain water from the spray, in-line air filter and the water in the reservoir; 10. Check the oil level in the hydraulic tank; 11. Check the air filter indicator.  Article 6 The start of the sprinkler 1. Make sure that all personnel, equipment and other obstacles are in a safe location. Sprinklers must make two loud horns in front of the sprinkler, three horns in the reverse, and a side position when reversing; 2. Push the gear selector selector handle to a suitable position; 3, release parking brake; 4, lightly step on the throttle, start steadily; 5. When the sprinkler is parked, it is necessary to stop the sprinkler completely, switch the gearbox to “N†(middle gear), and apply parking brake; 2. In view of the internal heat generated during engine operation, it is necessary to slowly cool it down so as not to damage the engine and the turbocharger. Before shutting down the sprinkler engine, allow it to idle for three to five minutes. This will allow the lubricating oil and cooling system to walk the tropical heat of the combustion chamber, protecting the engine from serious damage to the bearings, crankshaft and oil seal; 3, shut down unused other appliances.  Article 9 Sprinkling Practice 1. When the watering truck driver carries out the shift, he must pay close attention to the status of the equipment, especially the existing problems and the task of completing the task in this class, as well as instructions and precautions from the superior. The successor should remember the contents of the “Safety Endorsement Bookâ€. 2. When handing over, the sprinkler driver should jointly check the maintenance items and the items of the vehicle before starting the vehicle (checks for fuel oil, lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, transmission oil, water, or antifreeze, etc.). 3, to hand in hand to clear the equipment and tools with the vehicle, carefully clear roads, mining lines, dumping road shape changes and safety precautions during driving. 4, the driver should check the following work when receiving the car: 1) Check tire pressure and tire wear.
