In the construction of science and technology centers, based on scientific and technological innovation and industrialization as the direction, we will promote the concentration of factors, integration of key technologies, concentration of related enterprises, intensive resource allocation, and advantageous industrial clusters, and create a group of technological innovation capabilities with local governments. The scientific and technological innovation center of the national modern agricultural industry with strong scientific and technological enterprises and strong radiation driving ability. At present, the national modern agricultural industrial science and technology innovation centers in Jiangsu, Nanjing, Shanxi, Taizhou, Sichuan and Chengdu, which have been approved, have their own characteristics and have a good start. Taigu Science and Technology Innovation Center has invested 180 million yuan in special funds to plan and construct the overall layout of “one city, three parks and five districts” around local specialty industries such as miscellaneous grains, beans, facilities and vegetables, and dried and fresh fruit industry. The two centers in Nanjing, Jiangsu and Chengdu in Sichuan also focus on advantageous areas or industries, increase investment and innovation mechanisms, promote cooperation between science and technology, and form a cluster of advantageous industries to promote the rapid development of local agriculture.
