The electric detonator must be fully inserted into the medicine roll. It is strictly forbidden to insert the electric detonator obliquely in the middle of the medicine roll or on the medicine roll.

爆破管理

1、打眼:钻眼时,钻杆不要上下左右摆,以保证钻进方向,钻杆下方不要站人,以免落下伤人。

2、装药:

(1)、装药前应用高压水或压缩空气对炮眼进行清孔工作,然后座底泥。

(2)、装药时要一手拉脚线,一手拿木制或竹制炮棍将药卷轻轻推入眼底,用力均匀,使药卷相接。药包装完后要将两脚线末端扭结。

(3)封泥应用水炮泥以及不燃性的,可塑性粘土,禁止使用块状材料做封泥。无封泥、封泥不足或不严的炮眼严禁放炮。

(4)、装填炮泥时,一手拉脚线,一手拿炮棍推填炮泥,用力轻轻捣实。

3、放炮警戒

(1)、放炮撤人距离:起爆位置必须设在11907联巷外,且保证直线距离300m, 拐直弯距离150m,并有掩体掩护,爆破母线长度应符合爆破要求。

(2)、爆破时,要在所有能通往爆破地点直线300m,拐直弯150m的各通道处站岗。班组长要委派责任心强的人员站岗,警戒线处应设置警戒牌、栏杆或拉绳。

(3)、爆破前,班组长必须清点人员情况,确定工作面及警戒线内无人时,方可下达起爆命令。爆破工以吹口哨为警戒号,每次至少要吹3次口哨,每次间隔5—10秒,无问题方可起爆。

4、放炮

(1)、放炮前要把放炮处前后巷道内的电缆、风水管等设备掩盖好,工具移放到工作面后安全地点内。

(2)、放炮员、瓦检员、班组长必须执行“一炮三检制”及“三人连锁放炮”制度。

(3)、放炮工作必须由专职放炮员担任,并持证上岗,所有爆破人员包括爆破、送药、装药人员,必须熟悉爆破材料性能和本规程规定。

(4)、爆破母线和脚线的连接以及爆破线路的检查与爆破工作,只准放炮员一人操作,其它人员严禁从事此项工作。

(5)、打眼和装药不得同时进行,严禁放糊炮及明炮。

(6)、有下列情况之一的不准装药放炮:

① 、放炮地点附近20m内回风流中瓦斯浓度达到0.8%时。

②、放炮地点20m内,有未清除的煤矸,矿车或其它物体堵塞巷道1/3断面以上时。

③、工作面控顶距超过规定时。

④、炮眼内有瓦斯涌出,温度忽高忽低时。

⑤、工作面风量不足时。

5、爆破要求:

①、所有爆破人员,包括放炮员及送药、装药人员必须熟悉爆破器材和爆破材料基本性能和使用要求;

②、打眼、装药、放炮要按照炮眼布置图及爆破说明书进行;

③、炸药领取后,应放到炸药箱内,并加锁,中间不得停留或转交他人,当班剩余炸药必须当班退回炸药库;电雷管只准放炮员放在爆破材料箱内随身携带,并加锁,不准随便乱放,以防丢失。

④、炸药和雷管必须分开存放在专用的爆炸材料箱内,并加锁;爆破材料箱必须放在顶板完好、支架完整,避开机械、电气设备的地点。爆破时必须把爆破材料箱放到警戒线以外的安全地点。爆炸材料箱与雷管箱间距不小于15m。

⑤、从成束的电雷管中抽取单个电雷管时,不得手拉脚线硬拽管体,也不得手拉管体硬拽脚线,应将成束的电雷管顺好,拉出前端脚线将雷管抽出。抽出单个电雷管后,必须将其脚线扭结成短路。

⑥、装配起爆药卷时,必须遵守下列规定:

A、必须在顶板完好避开电气设备和导电体的爆破工作地点附近进行。严禁坐在爆破材料箱上装配起爆药卷。

B、装配起爆药卷应防止电雷管受震动、冲击,折断脚线和损坏脚线绝缘层。

C、电雷管必须由药卷的顶部装入,严禁用电雷管代替竹、木棍扎眼。电雷管必须全部插入药卷内。严禁将电雷管斜插在药卷的中部或捆在药卷上。

D、电雷管插入药卷后,必须用脚线将雷管缠住,并将电雷管脚线扭结成短路。

6、爆破后,待30分钟后(至少30分钟)工作面炮烟吹散,放炮员、瓦检员和班组长必须首先巡视爆破地点,检查通风、瓦斯、顶板、拒爆、残爆等情况。如有危险情况,应立即处理。

7、通电以后拒爆时,爆破工必须先取下把手或钥匙,并将爆破母线从电源上摘下,扭结成短路,再等一定时间(使用瞬发电雷管时,至少等5分钟;使用毫秒延期电雷管时,至少等15分钟),才可沿线路检查,找出拒爆的原因。

8、处理拒爆、残爆时,必须在当班班组长指导下进行,并应在当班处理完毕。如果当班未能处理完毕,当班爆破工必须在现场向下一班爆破工交接清楚。

处理拒爆时,必须遵守下列规定:

①由于连线不良造成的拒爆,可重新连线起爆。

②在拒爆炮眼0.3m以外另打与拒爆炮眼平行的新炮眼,重新装药起爆。

③严禁用镐刨或从炮眼中取出原放置的起爆药卷或从起爆药卷中拉出电雷管。不论有无残余炸药严禁将炮眼残底继续加深;严禁用打眼的方法往外掏药;严禁用压风吹拒爆(残爆)炮眼。

④处理拒爆的炮眼爆炸后,爆破工必须详细检查炸落的煤、矸,收集未爆的电雷管。

⑤在拒爆处理完毕以前,严禁在该地点进行与处理拒爆无关的工作。

9、打眼时根据煤层或岩层具体情况,对炮眼间距、炮眼深度及装药量进行适当调整。装药时严禁装垫药或盖药。
