1. Do not press the “Reset†key during the continuous measurement process. Otherwise, all the data of the button will be lost. If you have an influence factor at hand, you can re-enter it.
2. Be sure to carefully make the photoelectric sign to observe the accuracy of the machine's speed. This is an important guarantee for the instrument to perform dynamic balance testing.
3. In the dynamic balance test method, it is necessary to add the know test to the known position of the measured surface, and pay attention to the change of the amplitude and phase of the vibration and the amplitude and phase of the original vibration. If the data change is not obvious, the effect of vibration reduction after calculation is not obvious. If the amplitude change is not obvious, the weight of the test should be increased. If the phase change is not obvious, the position of the test weight should be moved again.
4. For the initial balancing of a rotor, the method of trial weight must be used. After the impact coefficient is obtained by the trial weight method, the same type of rotor can be balanced by the available influence coefficient method, and the operation is relatively simple.
5. The dynamic balance meter (dynamic balance tester) can be powered by AC 220V, or it can be powered by an internal 12V battery. The general requirement is to use AC 220V to charge and 12V battery to supply power, so the internal noise is relatively small. Please note that when the battery voltage is lower than 10V, it is required to charge in time. Otherwise it will affect the battery life.
