China National Heavy Duty Truck Group held its second working meeting in 2010 to mobilize the group to complete all tasks in the first quarter, laying a good foundation for the completion of the year-round work.

Production and business operations were healthy, with significant growth in production and sales. In January, the Group produced 18,032 heavy-duty vehicles, an increase of 3,1% year-on-year; sales of 16,653 vehicles, an increase of 309% year-on-year; and sales revenue of 4.4 billion yuan, an increase of 118% year-on-year. It is estimated that in February, production and sales will exceed 15,000, and sales revenue will exceed 4 billion yuan. On the whole, the market situation this year was much better than the same period last year. The various work plans are hands-on and fast, and it is hopeful that the first quarter will open.
Ma Chunji said that since the beginning of this year, affected by the continuous improvement in national policies and the economy, the heavy-duty truck market has been extremely hot, orders are full, and user demand has increased substantially, showing a trend of both production and sales. China National Heavy Duty Truck's product sales have a strong trend with strong demand; the demand for engineering vehicles is far greater than that for road vehicles; sales of some new products such as A7, mining vehicles, and natural gas vehicles continue to increase; tractors have continued to grow. However, with the new round of rapid economic growth, market competition has become more intense.
