It can provide greater tipping load and higher lift height. Compared to conventional radial loaders, vertical lift loaders can transport more material per horsepower due to lower operating weights, and therefore, fuel consumption is also lower. This allows customers to generate greater revenue per hour with lower input, lower total holdings and operating costs than traditional radial arm technology. The vertical lift loader continues the basic characteristics of the Liugong loader family and meets customer expectations in terms of reliability and durability.

“This new technology will create a new generation of construction machinery and equipment. Our new “Ligong” vertical lift loader will become the first generation of articulated loaders. Vertical lift loaders will provide radial arms. The performance and value that loaders can't match.” said Edward Wagner, director of Liugong New Technology & Testing Institute, who is also an inventor and chief engineer of this technology.

The idea of ​​the vertical lift loader technology was first proposed in 2010, and it was further developed and gradually implemented in 2011.
