 Principle of Cleaning up Dust
Program controller successively starts pulse valve at a fixed time, then compressed air(0.5~0.7MPa) squirts from spray orifice and enter into filter bag, leading to a dramatic expansion of the filter bag. Because of the effect of reverse, the dust attaching on the surface of the filter bag will enter into ash hopper (or ash bin) and be removed through dust valve so as to achieve the purpose of dust removal.Principle of Operation
1. The dusty gas enters into filter bag house from hopper, and is discharged via ID fan after purification. The operation of injection system is automatically controlled in order to guarantee the efficiency of dust removal.Â
2. Dusty gas enters into chamber from gas inlet to the ash hopper through the open flange outlet, after the purification of bag filter, dusty gas goes into the net gas chamber and then it is discharged by fan. Dust is attached to the outer surface, and the resistance increases gradually, so that the resistance of bag filters dust collector increases as well. In order that resistance of device does not exceed 1200Pa, the equipment can work continuously; dust which attached to bag filter needs to be regularly removed.
Principle of Working
1:The dust-containing gas enters the dust collector from the air inlet of the ash bucket, through the lower ash bucket enters the filter chamber, and the coarser particles fall into the ash bucket directly . The clean air filtered by the filter bag enters the clean air chamber, and discharged into the atmosphere by the fan.
2:This series uses uninterrupted circulating ash cleaning.When the dust is cleaned, the pulse controller sends a signal to sequentially open each pulse valve, and the compressed air in the air separation bag instantaneously enters the filter bag through the pulse valve to the blowing pipe, and the filter bag expands rapidly, causing the dust layer on the surface of the filter bag to fall off, and the filter bag Resistance is restored.
3:The dust removal device adopts the lower air inlet and the outer filter type, and the cleaning method is pulse jet cleaning, which is simple and convenient to operate, safe and reliable.
