The first is to continue to strictly implement the standards for emission of pollutants from motor vehicles and reduce the gap with the level of environmental protection technologies in developed countries. The second is to continue to reduce the sulphur content of vehicle fuel oil, and to make overall plans for the emission standards of motor vehicles and vehicle fuel standards; The vehicle inspection and maintenance system shall be used to establish an environmental inspection database for motor vehicles.
