Huize Lead and Zinc Mine Concentrator

First, the location: located in the north east of Yunnan, with roads connecting the city of Dongchuan Dongchuan to Kunming railway connected, minerals, thus distributing the goods.

Second, the ore characteristics: depth of oxide and metal mine stranguria secondary lead zinc deposit, lead and zinc in the oxidation rate of 90% or more, deeper ore weathering, easily of mud. The main metallic minerals are white lead, lead, vanadium, calamine, limonite and other gangue minerals are mainly dolomite, calcite and so on. Sand deposits are mainly the residual and slope product of primary deposits. There are three kinds of material properties:

(1) Earth-like sand ore: It is mainly the weathering of the original veins, and the mud content accounts for about 10%.

(2) Muddy sand mine: The mud content is greater than 50%.

(3) Slag sand ore: mainly slag, containing part of the ash, the mud content is increased, and the oxidation rate of minerals is higher than that of veins.

In summary, the Huize lead-zinc ore beneficiation is difficult and costly. Combined with the actual situation of smelting, it is selected to be enriched by simple processes such as crushing and screening, washing and grading, and hand selection. The above three mines are processed in three processing systems in Huize Lead and Zinc Concentrator.

Pulse mine: 500 tons / day; sand mine: 330 tons / day; slag mine: 300 tons / day. The second and third systems of the three processing systems have been discontinued.

III. Factory History and Production Overview: The Huize Lead-Zinc Mine Concentration Workshop was completed in 1972. According to the characteristics of the ore, it mainly adopts simple measures such as crushing and sieving, washing and grading, and is divided into three processing systems according to the treatment of ore:

(1) Contaminating veins in the pit: The crushing and sieving and hand-selection processes are adopted, and the 14 mm product under the sieve is concentrate and directly into the furnace. The product with a size of more than 14 mm on the sieve is a lump ore with a high grade. It is sent to the smelter by hand (the 6.75% portion of the zinc is temporarily stored as the main raw material of the concentrator being designed), and the waste rock is discarded. Processing capacity of 500 tons / day.

(II) Surface sand mine: Due to the design of the process during the Cultural Revolution, there are some problems. In addition, the ore is complex in nature, the density difference is small, and the production is not normal. It was discontinued in 1982, and the original design scale was 330 tons/day.

(3) Slag sand mine: Due to serious depletion, it has not been put into production.
