Classification, working principle and structural characteristics of the crusher

1. The crusher used in the beneficiation is divided into the size of the ore and the product:

Coarse crusher (from 1500-500mm crusher to 350-100mm); medium crusher (from 350mm crusher to 100-40mm); fine crusher (from 100-40mm crusher to 30) - 10 mm).

Second, the crusher can be divided into: according to the working principle and structural characteristics:

(1) The jaw crusher (Fig. a) consists of a fixed jaw and a movable jaw. When the movable weir is periodically close to the fixed weir, the ore loaded during the period is broken by crushing. Since the surface of the broken jaw on the fixed jaw and the movable jaw has corrugated teeth, it also has a crushing and breaking effect on the ore.

Jaw crusher is divided into two types: simple pendulum and double pendulum.

(2) Gyratory crusher and cone crusher (b): The crushing part is composed of two cones which are almost concentric circles - a fixed outer cone and a movable inner cone. The inner cone is eccentrically moved around the centerline of the outer cone with a certain eccentric radius. The ore is broken by the action of crushing and breaking between the two cones.

The cone crusher is divided into three types: standard type, intermediate type and short head type.

(3) Pair roll crusher (c): The ore is crushed by crushing (Light roll) or crushing and crushing action (tooth roll) in two cylindrical rollers which are mutually parallel and opposed to each other.

(4) Impact crusher - hammer crusher and impact crusher (d): the impact and impact of the hammer that rotates at high speed on the machine and the impact of the ore itself on the fixed liner at high speed The ore is broken.
