China Automotive Technology and Research Center ("China National Automobile Research") is preparing to establish a "traffic accident judicial appraisal institute". The institute will provide authoritative and impartial identification results for traffic accidents from a technical perspective. Recently, Zhang Jianwei, deputy director of China National Petroleum Research Institute, said that the "Traffic Accident Justice Appraisal Office" is located in Yizhuang. At present, all preparation work has been carried out in an orderly manner. I believe it will soon be listed on the foreign market.

Zhang Jianwei introduced that the reason for setting up the "Accident Judicial Examination Institute for Traffic Accidents" was because at present, China is still a "vacuum" field in the identification of traffic accidents.

Zhao Hang, director of the China National Automobile Research Institute, said that there was no relationship between the traffic accident judicial appraisal office and the automobile Three Guarantees. The Judicial Investigation Department for Traffic Accidents is registered by the Ministry of Justice. It is the most authoritative professional agency in traffic accidents in China. The agency will conduct accident identification and responsibility analysis from a technical and legal perspective.

It is understood that China's accident identification agencies are indeed very few, and the identification costs are high.
