BMW announces retail price of i3 about 280,000 yuan

On July 22, BMW Group announced in Munich its first official electric vehicle, the official base price of i3 in the German market: 34,950 euros (about 280,000 yuan). It is reported that i3 will be listed first in Germany in November 2013.

● Public charging plan: BMW will establish a partnership with public charging service providers, participate in the development of public charging standards, and participate in the establishment of a public charging station network.

● Flexible travel services: This is a series of service modes that guarantee the travel of electric vehicles. It can provide electric vehicle users with transportation solutions that are beyond the range of electric vehicles. Through this service model, BMW Group will create a new mobile lifestyle. For example, DriveNow, a car sharing project, currently has 130,000 members. In addition, the flexible travel service can also provide customers with efficient rental of internal combustion Engine vehicles to complete longer journeys.

● Ancillary services: BMW has specifically designed the corresponding ConnectedDrive application for the use of electric vehicles. In addition, the exclusive roadside rescue service for electric vehicles will also be put into use.
