Yin Taihe: I understand the quality so much, quality is one aspect of the company's business, and the result of the company's business is also reflected in the quality above. How do you implement this business? How to finish it? The result is quality. With regard to performance quality, we know that when developing a model, there will be a performance goal. I think the most important thing is how to find a balance of performance, so that more users are satisfied. Actually like a band ensemble, maybe my band lira is world-class, and the piano is world-class. Then all the world-class people combined into an ensemble, can you play the best song? ? This is not necessarily true. When each company wants to develop a car, achieving performance goals is only the most basic job, and it is the most important job. Beijing Automobile has established a unique Audi system for BAIC. The English abbreviation is AUDIT. It can supervise and manage the quality of various manufacturing processes. Yin Taihe: Compared with the joint venture, we are still at the beginning stage, so we still have many places where we need to improve our efforts. If I raise the cost very high, is it because the quality is also proportionally upward? I don't think this is necessarily the case. We still need to think about this issue. In fact, for the management of quality costs, many companies do not do a good job. Everyone has different views on quality costs, such as whether the cost of controlling quality is counted in the development period or after the development, or in the cost after the mass production. There are many different opinions. So in the cost of some models, it includes quality control costs, but some companies do not include quality costs in its cost components.
