Vertical and roadway construction safety regulations

(I) Construction of special shaft method 1. The vertical shaft of the shaft passes through the unstable water-bearing stratum such as sand, silt, pebbles and gravel, and special construction shall be adopted.
2. The wellbore passes through a special formation and special construction safety measures must be prepared.
3. When the drilling method is used to drill the wellbore, the final position of the design and construction of the drilling must pass through the weathering zone and extend to the impervious stable bedrock for at least 5 months.
4. When using the freezing method, the freezing depth of the wellbore should extend through the weathering zone to a depth of more than 10m for the stable bedrock. When the water in the bedrock section is large, the freezing depth should be deepened.
5. Geological inspection holes shall not be placed in the frozen wellbore. The hydrological observation hole deflection shall not exceed the wellbore and the depth shall not exceed the lower aquifer of the frozen section.
6. When the wellbore is in the flow sand layer, the depth of the grouting hole must be less than 200mm of the wall thickness; when the wellbore is supported by the double-layer well wall, the grouting hole should pass through the inner wall and enter the outer wall of 100mm; Special measures must be taken when pulping.
7. During the construction of the frozen shaft excavation, there must be safety measures such as preventing the deformation of the frozen pipe, breaking the pipe, helping the piece, and removing the stone.
8. When drilling a shaft in the winter or by freezing, there must be measures to prevent freezing and clearing ice.
(II) Roadway construction 1. Empty work is strictly prohibited in the excavation work face. Supports within 10m of the heading face must be reinforced before blasting.
In hard and stable rock formations, when it is determined that there is no support, safety measures must be taken to ensure the safety of the roof.
2. For anchor spray support work, the following regulations must be observed:
(1) Anchor spray support should prepare special construction organization design and safety technical measures.
(2) When spraying concrete and mortar, it is necessary to use damp materials, and use a dust remover to remove the dust from the loading port and the residual air port.
(3) Before the injection, the rock lining must be flushed; after spraying, there should be maintenance measures.
(4) Staff must wear special labor protection supplies.
(5) When handling blocked pipe lines, no other personnel are allowed in front of or near the gun nozzle.
(6) The anchoring and spraying support surface must be ventilated, and the single-head roadway should adopt the ventilation method of pumping and mixing.
3. Before excavating the roadway, it is necessary to develop safety measures for exploring the old air, including the thickness of the coal (rock) column that must be left when approaching the old sky, and the detection of water, fire, gas and so on. Measures must be taken and handled in accordance with the circumstances ascertained.
4. When exposing the old air, the personnel must be evacuated to a safe place. Only after inspection, it is proved that the water, gas and other harmful gases in the old air are not dangerous, and then the excavation work can be resumed.
