I. Overview
The HT-3XN fuel tank oil level stroke monitor is a displacement display monitoring instrument specially produced for RUT-81 (A, B, C) fuel tank oil level series sensors. Third, the working principle
The working principle of the monitoring device can be seen from the block diagram, which is composed of an oscillating circuit, a constant current source, a discriminator and the like. The inner core of the displacement sensor is wound around two sets of coils and moves in the sensor housing. When the coil is connected to a certain frequency of alternating voltage, an electrical signal corresponding to the displacement of the core is generated. The oscillator generates an oscillating voltage of 1~3KHz into the signal processing section. When the sensor is turned on, 1~3KHz alternating current enters the sensor, and changes with the displacement of the sensor core, and is converted by the signal processing link to obtain a ratio proportional to the core position. ~5V voltage, this voltage is 0~5V voltage signal output through the buffer, the other channel is 4~20mA current output through V/I conversion, and one way is sent to the alarm circuit for identification. When the limit is exceeded, an alarm signal can be issued.

Fifth, the installation method
1. The TD-1 oil motor stroke sensor can be installed at any position. The installation dimensions are shown in the figure, but at least the height of the bracket is installed at the distance from the magnetizer or metal object. The sensor housing cannot be close to the strong magnetic field and the high current wire.
2. The armature of the installed sensor requires linear motion, and it is repeated several times after completion to avoid causing jamming. The signal line of the sensor is easy to use shielded lines to avoid signal interference. The rest are used with reference to the thermal expansion detecting device.
3. When the sensor is connected, it is generally connected to the input of the meter by 1, 2, and 3 respectively. If you want to change the measurement direction, you can connect to the input by pressing 3, 2, and 1.
4. If the instrument output is used with the computer DCS system, its output 4~20mA current line cannot be combined with other line strings, and it should be input into the computer DCS system independently. Constant current load ≤ 1KΩ.
5. The instrument should be installed in the control cabinet or in the local instrument cabinet.
