For such a car company, should it continue to support it to develop new energy vehicles? Obviously, it should not be. However, in the first phase of the demonstration and promotion of new energy vehicles, there are only support policies, and there is no corresponding punishment mechanism to "snap" some auto companies.
People have inertia, and businesses are the same. If everyone can comfortably get a support, how many people will be willing to stimulate their potential? If all companies can easily make money, how many companies will be willing to invest large sums of money for research and development and take the initiative to serve?
What is gratifying is that the relevant departments have already realized this problem. The second phase of the new energy vehicle demonstration and promotion has established incentives and penalties. Other policy developments related to new energy vehicles will also establish a reward and punishment mechanism.
