b. The long-term operation of the flowmeter causes a slight change in the internal stress release of the sensor.
c. During the installation or operation, a serious overload causes zero drift; the above three methods can be handled with reference to the steps and methods for clearing the flowmeter. d, poor flowmeter housing ground; treatment method: the user re-grounded.
e, stuck between the target, target, and gauge with debris;
Treatment method: Close the valve before and after the flowmeter, use a tool to loosen the connecting bolt between the over-flow component of the flowmeter and the measuring tube, and gently shake the transition part or take it out. After cleaning the debris, reset it as it is.
The abnormal increase of the indication value during the working process of the target flowmeter results in the following main reasons:
a. Filaments and ribbons are hung on the target and target rods; Treatment method: Refer to the method of handling the impurities.
b. Under high knot conditions, the target and target rods are heavily knotted, so that the projected area of ​​the force element target plate along the axis of the measuring tube increases, that is, the annular overcurrent area between the target and the measuring tube decreases, and thus the same. At the flow rate, the force of the sensor increases, eventually resulting in an abnormal increase in the flow indication;
Treatment method: Remove the transition part, and use the tool to remove the target piece and the target rod and the dirt on the inner wall of the measurement tube.
There are many reasons for this phenomenon due to the large measurement error. The main reasons are as follows:
a、When installing, the relative concentricity of the flow meter and the connecting pipe appears a large dislocation, and the sealing gasket is not concentric, thus forming a throttling resistance component, which greatly affects the flow state of the measured medium; the processing method: adjusting the installation state.
b. The straight section of the flowmeter before and after the flowmeter is too short, and the elbow is installed directly before the flowmeter. Valves greatly interfere with the flow-state components of the measured medium.
Treatment method: Install according to the specification or conduct real flow calibration of the flowmeter.
c. Bypass pipe leakage; Treatment method: Check and replace the bypass pipe.
d. Wrapped ribbons around the target sheet increase the force on the target. Processing method: Refer to the method of handling the impurities in the previous method.
The target flowmeter has no indication or no signal. The main causes are as follows:
a. Power supply is in poor contact or falling off; Treatment method: For the flowmeter with its own battery, check if the battery is stable, if the contacts are good, and if the battery has electricity. For an external power supply, check that the connections between the connection wires are intact, the wires are conducting, and the external power supply is normal.
b, flowmeter circuit damage; processing methods: return to factory repairs.
c, display damage; processing method: return to the factory to replace.
d, user signal receiving system failure; processing methods: check, troubleshooting.
The value of the flowmeter is always zero during the operation of the flowmeter. The main causes of this phenomenon are:
a. The force element (target piece) falls off, causing the sensor to feel insensitive; Processing method: Assemble the same size target plate.
b, flowmeter sensor no voltage output signal; processing method: first determine whether the sensor is damaged, the specific method is to see whether the sensor data changes.
c. The flow of the measured medium is too small, which is lower than the minimum flow rate of the flowmeter. Processing method: Replace the force element after returning to the factory.
