Why are manufacturers still using calcined coke, which is from the needs of each factory? If you have other uses of calcined coke, this problem is another matter. However, for whatever reason, if you want to use calcined coke as a thermal insulation material, you have to calculate the economic account. If you use calcined coke, will you increase the electricity consumption of the normal graphitized electrode? If it is not economically economical, it can no longer be used. If the graphatinized coke you sell is expensive, it can be used.

3, anthracite - anthracite as a series of furnace insulation materials to use, this problem is a lot of people's ideas, anthracite used in the use of graphitization furnace insulation materials can be obtained from electric calcined anthracite and as insulation material is not a two-way The good thing is actually not really satisfactory. We all know that the thermal conductivity of anthracite is high, and when it is used as insulation material, it will increase the power consumption of the baking electrode without any reason, and anthracite is used as insulation material. Also, the part that is close to the baking electrode is well graphitized and the part far from the baking electrode is poorly graphitized. If so, you need to re-process the anthracite after the furnace is released, but the inspection is not performed after the furnace is discharged. The amount of anthracite powder after two processings was found to increase. From this, we know that it is still economically appropriate to count the accounts. The series furnace uses the insulation material weight on the heat preservation word. Even the best coke particles become the graphitized coke after the strength. The rapid decline, so the price issue is still the main problem that cannot be avoided. Use metallurgical coke as insulation material this is a correct choice, now coke coking plant is divided into two, one is common machine coke, the other is a tamping machine coke as the coke strength better tamping machine Some, and there is basically no difference in price, so using the tamping machine is the right choice for us. The particle size control of the coke is about 8-10mm, which not only maintains the gas permeability of the coke, but also allows the coke particles to be used repeatedly.

If the amount of powder is increased to 50%, the tandem furnace will cause stringer electricity, fire, fire, and other abnormal accidents during the peak power transmission period due to poor gas permeability of the insulation material. At the same time, dust pollution from the furnace will also occur. The environment around the workshop will be immersed. At this time, we should screen out the dust, continue to use the original coke particles, and increase the amount of coke to reduce the amount of insulation. According to the actual operating experience data, about one ton of electrode consumption of coke powder is about 200 kg. You can verify the data in production practice. V. Screening system operation cost analysis The main consumption of the screening system is the calculation of electricity charges. The expenses of other normal maintenance are basically negligible. The following is an operational cost analysis to calculate the electricity bill and the sales of dusting powder. The screening time is calculated by taking 2 hours of sieving material in 2 hours. The power is 48.6kw. The unit price is 0.7 yuan/KWH. The electricity cost per hour is =48.6*0.7=34.02 yuan. Two hours of electricity consumption: 2*34.02=68.04 yuan dusting powder About 50% of the screening material, 5 tons of dusting powder can be obtained in 2 hours. The return of the particle material is no longer calculated. The general powder sales price accounts for about 25% of the cost of purchasing the insulation material. If the price is 800 yuan/ton coke grain, the sales price of the dusting powder should be 800*25%=200 yuan. / ton, the actual situation is that the sales price will change with the market changes. This is calculated by everyone. If there is no demand, the dust removal powder will be worthless. If there is demand, the price may be higher. . The dust removal powder is packed in tons of bags, and the cost of the tons of bags should be included. According to the current price, the original ton bag is 50 yuan/bar, the second-hand bag price is 25 yuan/bar, and the baggage powder is 800 kg per bag: then, the actual bag is calculated with 7 tons of bags.
