1 Sources This study uses the patent search analysis tool for the French QUESTEL ORBIT system, which contains the latest patent information in the world, with patent data of 80 million and patent family data of 40 million. The data source is the full-text database of the Orbit patent family database FAMPAT (95 countries and patent authorized institutions) (including 21 countries and patent authorized institutions in China, Japan, the United States, Europe, etc.). The following is a search keyword list of RFID technology. The search fields are patent titles, abstracts, and key content. The search terms are English and Chinese, and the time range is October 31, 2013. The horizontal axis is the time of application and the date of publication, and the vertical axis is the number of patents. The red and green colors in the figure represent the patent application date and the analysis on the public day. The analysis on the application date can be used to understand the germination time of the technology. The analysis on the public day can tell the latest development status of the technology. It can be seen from the figure that with the development of RFID technology in Shenzhen and the increasing application of the industry, its patent application and disclosure have shown a rapid upward trend. After 2004, the growth rate is relatively rapid. Due to the certain interval between the patent application date and the authorization date, Therefore, the public trend in the past two years has declined slightly, but the volume of applications has remained at a high level, reflecting that RFID technology is in a period of continuous development. 2.1.2 Technology life cycle The patent technology life cycle refers to the general cyclical law of the number of patent applications and the number of patent applicants in different stages of the development of patent technology. There are five stages in the theoretical life cycle of patent technology.
