1) Prevent personal energization. During loading and unloading operations, the human body must inevitably come into contact with the work object (fuel truck) and the work object to generate friction. This can easily generate static electricity and may form an electrostatic discharge. If a flammable oil vapor is encountered at this time, it will have an accident. The operator must wear anti-static overalls and anti-static shoes during the operation. The purpose is to ground the human body. In addition, the shoes worn should be thin nylon socks or other conductive socks. It is forbidden to paste insulating film on anti-static soles and should be checked regularly.

(2) Electrostatic grounding should not be ignored. From the point of view of the refueling vehicle, the major parts of static electricity are pumps, filters and pipes. The amount of static electricity generated by the refueling system is much higher than that of the ground pipe. For electrostatic hazards, the following measures must be taken:
1 Connect the grounding cable before loading and always check that its integrity and grounding resistance meet the anti-static standards.
2 When loading oil, the crane pipe must reach the bottom of the tank, and the nozzle should be kept at about 15cm from the bottom of the tank, and the initial speed of the filling should be strictly controlled within 1m/s until the oil outlet is submerged and the flow rate is gradually increased. The maximum flow rate shall not exceed 4.5m/s to prevent electrostatic accident caused by splashing;
3 After the oil is complete, the ground must be disconnected after 5 minutes of oil stabilization. Because the oil is flowing in the tank after the oil is installed, the potential of the oil surface is maintained for several minutes.
(3) Attention should also be paid to accidents caused by “conversion oil”. This type of accident mainly occurs when gasoline is used to store diesel fuel. The flash point of gasoline is lower than that of diesel. If diesel is injected into a tank containing gasoline vapor, the gasoline vapor will be reduced due to absorption by the dumped diesel. With a small pressure, the air is sucked into the tank, and a flammable mixture is formed somewhere between the liquid surface and the air suction point, and an accident occurs when the static electricity accumulates and discharges. Therefore, when it is necessary to “convert oil”, it is necessary to first clean up the gasoline in the tank and strictly follow the operating procedures.
(4) Use equipment that meets technical specifications and safety requirements. The automatic control, remote control, metering instruments, valves and other equipment of the oil distribution station must be regularly inspected and calibrated, and related management systems must be formulated. In particular, the material of the oil distribution equipment should not be taken lightly. At the same time, the electrostatic grounding device can not make do, we must strictly abide by the rules of service, carefully install and regularly check. For the current general use of clamps and magnetic joints grounded, should not be easily caught or adsorbed on the random parts of the refueling car, or even on the surface of the paint. This is unfavorable to the antistatic electrode, and it is a big hidden danger. Many users buy cars for the sake of cheap moments, but they don't know how to pay for them. Poor equipment can cause accidents. Attention should be paid to tanker vehicles.
