LF2

LF3

Annealing allows uniform, discontinuous precipitation of the ß phase Al-Mg alloy with high magnesium content cannot be heat treated and strengthened. Low strength, good plasticity, good weldability and corrosion resistance. Suitable for manufacturing parts requiring high plasticity, corrosion-resistant medium-loaded welded pipes, liquid containers, etc.

LF6

Fully annealed: 310~335oC, heat-transparent (or 0.5h warm) air-cooled or water-cooled The annealed structure is a solid solution + ß phase; there are phases such as Al Mg 2 Zn, Mg 2 Si, and AlFeSi. Annealing can avoid the continuous distribution of ß along grain boundaries Al-Mg alloy with high magnesium content cannot be heat treated and strengthened. Good solderability, corrosion resistance, low strength, and cold deformation can increase strength. Suitable for manufacturing medium-loaded components, liquid containers, pipes, etc.

LF10

Annealing with gold-containing rivets: 270~330oC, 40min, air cooling: wire annealing is similar to LF5   The annealed structure is a solid solution + ß phase, and there are impurity phases such as Mg 2 Si. The Al-Mg alloy with high magnesium content is not heat-treated and has good plasticity, and has excellent corrosion resistance and weldability. Wires are generally made and used as rivets.

LF21
