Sales increased 25% in the first quarter
After South Africa cooperation, Nanjing Iveco, China's second-largest light passenger company, entered a new stage of development.
In the first quarter of this year, sales of Nanjing Iveco increased by 25% year-on-year. In addition, Nanjing Iveco traveled to the Beijing International Auto Show and showed off its new product, "Bodyy", and played an environmental protection card.
As the first new Iveco product after Nanjing Iveco joined SAIC, Baodi sold for between RMB 200,000 and RMB 300,000. In 2007, Nanjing Iveco sold 24,900 vehicles, which was second only to Gold Cup in the sales of light passengers; and it occupied more than 50% in the high-end market. This to a certain extent indicates that the European high-end light passengers will become the growth point of the future light passenger market.
