Pipe Thermofusion Machines are used in the construction, mining, oil and gas, water and sewerage industries etc,which are also called Field Butt Welding Machines. HDPE Pipe Butt fusion welding is a type of hot plate welding for thermoplastic pipes,Butt-fusion is a sensitive process, which is why all fusion parameters have to be coordinated to create a homogenous joint with consistently high welding quality. The butt welding machines used to weld PE pipes have controls to ensure the welding parameters are strictly adhered to. The following parameters are controlled:

♦heat soak time
