At this time, the positive pressure P1 of the pinion is perpendicular to the direction, so that the transmission bearing is subjected to vertical downward pressure, and the coupling bolt and ground of the pinion bearing The work of the bolts is favorable and the operation is stable. Grease is selected and added at the point where the gear is out of the meshing point. The lubrication method is also manually added or automatically sprayed. Regardless of the way the grease is added to rotate with the gear, most of the grease is deflected toward the gear cover by the centrifugal force, and drops to the gear during the vibration of the gear cover, and is then thrown to the gear cover and finally to the tooth. At the bottom of the hood, the lubrication conditions of the gears are poor, and dry friction or boundary friction may occur at the local meshing points of the flank. Ball mills are mostly open-type transmissions. The seal of the gear cover is poor. The slurry is often mixed with pulp and powder particles, which will cause abrasive wear, resulting in more harsh gear lubrication conditions, which intensifies the wear of the gears and shortens the operating life of the gears. And the grease is wasted.

The ball mill gear adopts an automatic fuel injection lubrication device, and the grease is sprayed toward the gear to enter the meshing portion. This improvement simply moves the automatic nozzle head to the point before the gear meshes, attaches it to the gear cover, and makes the tubing connection. In order to prevent the influence of the vibration of the gear cover on the oil pipeline, it is preferable to use one hose for the nozzle head and the oil supply system. The grease is injected at a timing before the gear enters the meshing, and is squeezed into the teeth in time to form a lubricating oil film on the tooth surface, which improves the lubrication condition of the gear and prevents grease from splashing. This effectively extends the operating life of the gears and saves grease. However, the grease that has been injected for a long time cannot be recovered and accumulates in the gear cover, and the gear cover needs to be cleaned regularly. This method is often used in some heavy-duty ball mills, such as large-scale slurry mills, cement mills, and the like. Another method is to use a lubricating oil instead of a grease, which must be continuously injected before the gear enters the mesh to form a lubricating oil film. The lubricating oil flows in the gear cover, and the oil station is filtered and recycled. Replacing grease with lubricating oil requires high sealing performance of the gear cover. This method is used in some smaller load ball mill, such as a coal grinding and the like.
