High-end machine tool to develop short board problems

Both are negative growth, and the trend is clearly in the down channel.

For the overall trend of the machine tool industry in 2013, experts from the China Machine Tool Industry Association judged that the entire industry may have the trend of being low first and then high. The industry index base at the beginning of 2012 was relatively high. Since last September, it has risen month by month. It will enter the market to digest the inventory. In addition, there are seasonal factors, which is the main reason for “low first”. However, the fundamentals of the macro economy are still good. It is expected that after a period of decline, the economy of the machine tool industry will slowly pick up.

In addition, in order to solve the short board problem of the development of high-end machine tools in China, people in the industry believe that breakthroughs must be made in four areas:

1, increase the degree of integration of production, education and research. At present, most universities and scientific research institutions are limited by project funds, and the continuity of research is not good. However, foreign companies usually have obvious research directions and continuous goals. The cooperation between production, education, and research is good, and all-round advantages of industrialization can be reflected. The next step is to make a difference in improving the sustainability of the study.

2. Improve the awareness and motivation of breakthrough key technologies and core components. Most of the machine tool companies in China pay more attention to the production of the mainframe, and most investors gather and produce the whole machine. The production of spare parts products is not valued. In the future, breakthroughs must be made in key technologies and core components.

3. Cultivate key technologies and high-end talents, increase investment in social capital, raise the level of basic research, and expand the scale of industrialization.

4. Further improve policies, encourage the application of independent innovation products, and get rid of dependence on foreign products.
