The Hangzhou Water Treatment Center brings together a team of first-rate professionals in China, including one academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and eight national special allowance experts. In the industrial water treatment industry, the center has established more than ten demonstration projects with a capacity of 5,000 tons or above in the fields of chemical process water, boiler feed water, and cooling water reuse with its technological advantages.
At present, China's electroplating plants discharge about 4 billion cubic meters of wastewater each year. Conventional methods such as chemical methods cannot solve the problem of pollution. Over the years, governments and enterprises have invested hundreds of billions of yuan in wastewater treatment projects. In 2000, a high-tech company in Changsha found a water treatment center in Hangzhou and hoped to use the integrated membrane technology developed by the center to solve the electroplating wastewater produced by foam nickel to solve the problem of long-term emission of heavy metal ions that plagued enterprises. This project is the first project in China to use state-owned technology for the large-scale treatment and recycling of electroplating wastewater. It is technically difficult and risky. Therefore, the Changsha company put forward more stringent conditions, requiring that all costs be paid after the project has recovered investment. In order to prove its technical capabilities, the center undertook the project without down payment.
Hangzhou Water Treatment Center technicians performed analysis and tests on the project, and conducted small and medium tests at the site. Various parameters were obtained through the test. With years of technical strength, membrane-integrated technology was used to separate noble metal nickel from wastewater. The nickel recovery rate exceeds 95%, and the waste water treatment is reused in the process, and the water reuse rate exceeds 95%. The experts have determined that the technical level has reached the international advanced level and believe that the successful implementation of this project provides a practical and feasible technical route for the treatment of electroplating nickel production wastewater to achieve zero discharge. Since then, the center has promoted the zero-emission treatment process of electroplating wastewater to the domestic electroplating industry and achieved great results one after another.
In 2002, Henan Yishi Fiber Co., Ltd. prepared to build a recycling water application project with a daily treatment capacity of 14,400 tons, which is the largest project in China's chemical air-cooled water reuse field. Through bidding, Hangzhou Water Treatment Center obtained the project with absolute advantages. In this project, the center used the membrane cleaning technology for the first time to recycle viscose air-cooled wastewater, which solved the problem of viscose fiber industrial wastewater that was difficult to solve with conventional techniques. Most of the waste water is reused, and high-quality leaching water is prepared from the waste water. The comprehensive cost is less than 1.9 yuan per ton, which is 0.7 yuan lower than the cost of pure water made from tap water.
With such excellent technical advantages, Hangzhou Water Treatment Center has undertaken a large number of domestic water and wastewater treatment projects and has become a leading technology research and development center and industrialization base in the domestic membrane separation field.
Hangzhou Water Treatment Center wins more than ten demonstration projects with a capacity of over 5,000 tons by virtue of its technical superiority
The State Oceanic Administration Hangzhou Water Treatment Technology Development Center is an important base for scientific research, development, achievement transformation, and scale production of liquid separation membrane technology in China, as well as technical exchange centers at home and abroad. It specializes in membrane desalination and industrial water treatment technology research and development and industry. Work. After 20 years of hard work, the center has formed a series of major achievements and know-how in seawater desalination, chemical separation, clean production processes, and wastewater reuse treatment. Talking about how to develop business outside of Zhejiang province, Wang Shougen, deputy director of the center, said that we rely on technological advantages.
