Case released the outstanding performance of the H-series cross-country forklift

The machine has outstanding fuel economy, productivity and lifting speed

Case Engineering has released two new H-Series off-road forklifts that not only provide the industry's best lifting capacity, speed, and reliability, but also improve fuel economy and productivity.

The Case 586H and 588H series of off-road forklifts use cooled exhaust gas recirculation technology and are equipped with diesel particulate filters to meet Tier 4 emission standards. Both of these new products use Case's turbocharged power, with a net power of 78 hp (58 kW) and a 5% increase in fuel efficiency. The equipment for cross-country forklift operation is more responsive than the previous series. Fast, but also more in line with the latest emission standards.

“In addition to the biggest advantage of fuel economy, the Case H series off-road forklifts include improved production efficiency, improved operator operating environment and convenient serviceability,” said Katie Pullen, brand marketing manager at Case. .

Case H series off-road forklifts can operate in a variety of terrain conditions, with optional four-wheel drive, standard differential lock, 60-degree tilting gantry, and optional load controller for equipment running speeds up to 39 km/h Provides security protection for your device. The Case H-Series all-terrain forklifts are designed for material handling in a limited space, and the 586H or 588H are designed with a narrow, tailless rotation. Case's off-road forklifts use the ITA Class 3 industry standard body and forks, and can be equipped with a wide range of versatile accessories for a wider range of applications.

The Case 586H forklift uses a standard 4.6-meter gantry with a minimum operating weight of 6000 kg and a lifting force of 2722 kg. The lifting speed is 0.55 m / sec. The Case 588H has a minimum operating weight of 7094 kg and a lifting force of 3628 kg. The lifting speed is 0.54 m / sec. Both models can be fitted with a 6.7-meter gantry.

The power components used in the Case H-Series forklifts are identical to Case's industry-leading N-Series backhoe loaders, including the engine and drive shaft. Unlike the Case dug loader, the H-Series forklift features hydraulic drive and the wet disc brake has no auxiliary power.

“The brake system provides greater operational control for the H-Series machines, especially when working on rugged terrain,” says Pullen. “Customers who operate the H-Series prototypes tell us that compared to booster brakes, this brake system feels better when moving slowly and moving forward and placing the cargo.”

Comfortable, more visible operating environment design

The Case H-Series forklifts are equipped with luxurious seats and a spacious operating platform that allows the operator to work in a comfortable environment with greater productivity. An easy-to-use controller that helps novices and experienced operators carry more material.

The tapered rear hood and wide-width double gantry cylinder provide unparalleled operational visibility to the operator. The narrow operating console also adds visibility. An optional deluxe seating and load sensing system provides a comfortable operating environment in any terrain.

Convenient daily maintenance maximizes working time

The Case H-Series forklifts help maximize work time by simplifying routine maintenance. Externally-rotated access doors without tools, vertical filters, engine access that is accessible from the ground and easy routine maintenance.

The external wet disc brake design allows the technician to remove the external components, such as tires and rims, for easy maintenance without the need to remove the shaft. This design greatly reduces the time required to maintain the brake system. In addition, a larger brake surface helps extend brake life and reduce brake repair frequency.

Roller gantry design minimizes the possibility of garbage accumulation, ensures smooth lifting, extends component life and reduces maintenance costs.

Shaping Machine

The planer is a linear motion machine tool that uses a tool to plan the plane, groove or formed surface of the workpiece. Because the tool holder at the front of the ram is shaped like a bull's head, it is also called a bull head planer. It is mainly used for single-piece, small-batch production and machine repair workshop.
