13 years of machinery manufacturing revenue 807.98 billion

In 2013, China's large-scale pump, valve, compressor and similar machinery manufacturing industry realized sales revenue of 807.98 billion yuan, an increase of 15.57% over the same period of last year; and realized a total profit of 56.83 billion yuan, an increase of 8.26 billion yuan over the same period of last year, an increase of 17.01% over the same period. It is not difficult to see that in the figure, since 2009, China's above-scale pump and valve industry has experienced a year-on-year increase in all other years except for the 1.06% year-on-year decline in total profit in 2012.

China's pump and valve industry is now in a period of relatively favorable development demand, and it is precisely for this reason that many pump and valve companies are striving to realize long-term or sustainable growth of benefits by expanding the scale of enterprises. At the same time, China's pump and valve industry has also ushered in a number of emerging entities to join. However, it is precisely because of the favorable collision between the two parties that the status of the “big but not strong” valve and valve industry has resulted. From this point of view, in order to achieve sustainable development in China's pump and valve industry and expand the scale of the company, it is on the one hand that strengthening enterprise technology research and development and product development capabilities is the key. In other words, at the present stage where the homogenization phenomenon is more serious, if one wants to maintain or boost the development of an industry, it must be supported by a differentiated competitive advantage, and the “differentiated competitive advantage” must meet the needs of the current economic development. We must also meet the needs of the target market in order to achieve a sustainable development of the Chinese pump and valve industry.
